Please total up your membership cost, the optional mailing fee if selected and any additional donation you would like to make and enter that amount in the box and click Checkout. You will be taken to a secure website to enter your customer information. Then click Continue to enter your credit/debit card information (Card number, expiration date and 3 digit ccv code from the back of your card and your billing address). Click the Place Order and Pay button to complete your payment. Click the Done button to send in your subscription.
